A safe place to talk
about your job search

As someone with ADHD and OCD, I understand first hand how being neurodivergent can impact your job search, from navigating interviews to managing workplace challenges. My unconventional career path has given me a unique perspective and the empathy to create a safe, supportive space where you can build confidence, refine your skills, and find a role that truly values your strengths.

Whether you need help with CV writing, interview preparation, or job search strategies, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Personalised approach to your job search

MY Expertise

I have helped craft hundreds of professional CVs, transforming job applications from silence to interview requests. I’ve coached countless individuals through job interview nerves, breaking the cycle of fear and rejection, and provided expert guidance on effective job search strategies.

With a friendly and supportive approach, I’ve been a knowledgeable sounding board for stressed job seekers, offering practical advice and a safe space to share their concerns. My goal is to help every client build confidence, overcome challenges, and land the job they deserve.

Collaborations

I’m a careers mentor at the University of Gloucestershire, offering tailored guidance to students as they prepare for their future careers. Through the Gloucestershire Careers Hub, I provide careers education support to schools and pupils across the region, helping young people develop essential job market skills and build confidence in their career choices.
I also specialise in delivering dedicated careers support to SEND schools in Gloucestershire, ensuring neurodivergent students and those with additional needs receive the personalised support they need to navigate their career journeys successfully.
Recently, I’ve partnered with Wired Differently as an associate, furthering my commitment to supporting the neurodivergent community.
